Getting Started

Can I get my order sooner?

Yes, select desired shipping method at checkout, fees may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

If in any case you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your purchase. Please e-mail sales@r.mehr.com with title “Order cancellation” and we will process it for you.

Shipping

How will my items ship?

We use various carriers; client will be given tracking once order is placed.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.

When will my orders arrive?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Certain items classify as custom, and will take 3-4 days for production and shipment. We try our best to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided. If your shipment takes longer than originally estimated, we will let you know via email and we will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible.

My country isn't listed, does that mean I can't purchase a R.MEHR product?

No worries, if your country is listed as unavailable, please contact sales@r.mehr.com and we will try to arrange special delivery for you!

Taxes & Duties

Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We hope that you will love your R.MEHR products. But if you are not happy with your purchase, we can accept returns for a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of goods delivered. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.

If you would like to return any item(s), please email us at sales@r.mehr.com with your order number to request for a Return Authorization number and a Return Address. Item(s) must be unworn and with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping – please send item(s) through a method with tracking as R.MEHR is not responsible for any returned packages not received. After we received your package, you will receive a refund confirmation email with details of the item you have returned and the amount that will be refunded to you. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; and/or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at sales@r.mehr.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty and/or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.
